I've been using the 1090's for many weeks currently. I actually have a really restricted quantity of workout area in my apartment thus i do not have the area for a full dumbbell set. bowflex 1090 set provides ninety lbs for every arm that is quite enough for each exercise that I do. fifty lbs wasn't enough thus i am glad I bought the 1090's vs. the 1050's.

The 1050's have a pleasant rubberized handle grip however the 1090's have an all metal grip with a rough texture. I realize them less comfy than the rubberized grip however a trifle tape takes care of the difficulty.

The dial selector is extremely sensible and is super straightforward to use. It simply takes a few seconds to dial within the weight you would like and off you go. this can be a really prime quality bowflex 1090 and bowflex 1090 works okay.

The solely disadvantage I've seen is that the bar is pretty long thus you're employing a giant and long dumbbell even once you only want ten lbs of weight.
