This bench is superb for doing dumbell workouts. it's designed terribly solid and does not move around in the least when lifting.

Assembly time took simply over forty five minutes and illustrations were clear. Assembly was straightforward and straight-forward. solely issue with assembly was that one in all the leg cushions were to a small degree too comfortable and that i had to stay on twisting and turning bowflex 1090 to urge bowflex 1090 to slip into the pole, however eventually I got bowflex 1090 to travel in with plenty of twisting. Bolt holes all lined up nicely and inserted quickly. Assembly tip: when assembling the frame to the board it's best if you switch the boards the wrong way up and then place the frame on high of bowflex 1090 rather than putting the board on high of the frame, simply easier to align holes that method.
