A hybrid set utilizing the weight stack from the Personal Set and the handles of the Elite Set.

The Personal Trainer Set allows the user to achieve every 2.5 lb. jump within the weight range of 2.5-50 lbs. per dumbbell.

*The Personal Trainer Set cannot be increased in weight. The Personal Plus Handle and Add On Kits are incompatible.

This review is from: PowerBlock Personal Trainer Adjustable 2.5 to 50-Pounds per Dumbbell Set (Sports) I would give this set 5 stars if the amendment inserts 2.5 lbs was a bit easier / faster to do, and if the plates had a smooth hand, to make the insertion of dumbbells easier to do. What I mean is that when you lift the dumbbells from the stack (leaving some heavy plate on the stand), bowflex 1090 is sometimes difficult to put them back in a very tight fit, and they tend to stick to (at least in my collection ) ... so I consider myself to lift them back and tried to transplant them to the place several times. You have to put them back in exactly the right or they get stuck and you have to pick up and try again. Some people might think that this is a trivial thing, but when you are done with 3 sets of 12 reps, and you're tired, the last thing you want to do is struggle with these things is trying to put them back on the stand. Of course, if you use the entire stack, it's not a problem. Sometimes I catch myself just remove extra paste from the stand and placing them on the floor, so I do not have to deal with it. Besides, I like them a lot and they are easy to work with, very well balanced, and take up very little space in my room.
